RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream

I come from a long line of wrinkle-resistant women. Yes, I know, I'm extremely lucky. However, what led me to this product was not the desire to continue my family's tradition of crease-free skin but to brighten and soften the roughness. I was also looking for something to use during the winter because my beloved DDF Oil-Free Ultra Lite Moisturizing Dew wasn't nearly moisturizing enough to battle the winter flakies. I'd heard many good things about ROC and I decided to try it.

From their website:

How It Works

The formula contains a combination of RoC® Retinol and a mineral complex of magnesium, zinc, and copper that has been optimized to improve the appearance of even deep wrinkles. RoC® RETINOL CORREXION® Deep Wrinkle Night Cream is formulated to work through the night when your skin is most receptive. As you apply, the upper layers of your skin are firmed, leading to a visible reduction in expression lines. Then, through the night, the formula works to smooth even your deep wrinkles.

What results can I expect?
+ After first application, skin looks smoother
+ After 4 weeks, skin looks noticeably firmer. Fine lines and wrinkles are visibly diminished
+ After 12 weeks, even deep wrinkles are visibly diminished

I actually bought it in February but was only using it every couple of days. I started using it every night in mid-July, using only a scant pea-sized amount. The results?

WOW! I am extremely impressed by RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream! My skin feels smoother, softer, and brighter after a month of steady use. The most awesome thing about this is that my super-oily tempestuous skin hasn't broken out from it even once!! I love it! The only thing I really dislike about this product is its scent- it's heavily perfumed

Because this product contains retinol (which means it helps your skin rebuild), it can cause a tingling, maybe even a burning sensation for those with very sensitive skin. If you are among those with sensitive skin, use it every other night for a couple of weeks, then start using it every night. If you're like me and you use glycolic products (glycolic acids slough your skin cells), use that stuff in the morning and the RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream at night to avoid major discomfort. Otherwise they're just going to fight with each other.

As for me, this moisturizer is a keeper!
